We offer a variety of services for each homeowner. From new construction, renovation, furnishing and styling, or simply a consultation, we have you covered every step of the way.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
New construction can be daunting for homeowners - our job is to make the process easier and more enjoyable. It is best to engage us from the inception of your project, as it is vital for designers, architects, and builders to collaborate from the beginning. Through our consultation and selection meetings, we will guide you with floor plans and/or architectural drawings, electrical placement, cabinet design, paint colors, flooring, tile, countertops, lighting, hardware selections, and all the other details and special moments that make your home look thoughtfully designed.
RENOVATION
We work extensively and collaboratively with builders and contractors. All design elements are discussed, documented, and properly executed. The initial design phase focuses on practical space planning, where we create functional spaces that are deeply personal and authentic to how you live. From paint colors, flooring, textiles, lighting, hardware selections, furnishings and accessories, we are here to ensure your home includes distinctive design details that tell a story about who you are and showcase your individuality.
FURNISHING | STYLING
Whether it's one room or an entire home, we can help you identify the furnishings and design elements that will polish off your space. We will provide product sourcing, purchasing, tracking, scheduling + receiving, and inspection. If the scope of your project necessitates it, we can also store all items until your installation. We enjoy working collaboratively with clients to create the perfect space to reflect your personality and lifestyle.
CONSULTATION
During a Design Consultation, we spend time discussing whatever is most helpful to you. Whether you can't decide which paint color to use, or you need a second opinion on your architectural plans, we are available to help with your design decisions. We will provide expert advice on furniture selections and placement, accessory sourcing, drapery options, and whatever other needs you have to create a cohesive finished project. This service is suited to clients who will execute our recommendations on their own and do not require project management. This is strictly a consultation and doesn't require any follow-up. A maximum of a three-hour consultation can be booked.
